Tour de HomeGrown East

Join in an Autumn Bicycle Tour showcasing food-producing and community-powered gardens of the members of Sustainable Communities NPSP. Come and hear the stories, admire the produce, get ideas for your own garden, chat with folks, while pedalling the back streets of Maylands, St Peters, Felixstow, Payneham and the Torrens! Finishing with a picnic in the park.

Meet on 1 May 2010 at 10am for a 10.30am push off, at Cruickshank Park, corner Phillis Street and Clifton Street, Maylands. BYO bicycle and picnic lunch ‘n’ stuff to share! Morning refreshments provided along the way. For those who aren’t up for riding, please join us at the end for lunch at Cruickshank Park  at 2pm.
