Children’s health and climate change

by Eleanor Evans

Written by Doctors for the Environment Australia member Sallie Forrest and launched by Professor Fiona Stanley, No Times for Games: Children’s Health and Climate Change is a timely report to remind us that the impacts of climate change are here and now. One quote that has stuck with me is ‘Children are particularly vulnerable to the health impacts of climate change because their behaviour exposes them to increased risk, their bodies respond differently to harms, and they are dependent on others’. Highly recommended.

A terrific document. Well researched and very clearly argued. Clear recommendations
